This Privacy Policy explains how the Success mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when students and parents use it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App is an academic-information app for enrolled students. To provide its features it processes:

• Account & identity: registered mobile number and password used to log in; student ID, class, section, roll number, and academic year.
• Student profile: student name, parent/guardian name, contact mobile number, and address as held in the institution's records.
• Academic data: attendance, marks, exam schedules and results, homework, and fee details associated with the student account.
• Device & notification data: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token used to deliver push notifications, and basic device information needed to operate notifications.

The App does not collect location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate the user and display the correct student's academic information.
• To show attendance, marks, exams, homework, and fee details.
• To send institutional announcements and academic notifications via push notification.
• To download documents/files the institution makes available to the student.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with:

• The institution's backend servers operated by Sperry Technologies, which store student records.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, used solely to deliver push notifications. See policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data Security

Access to student data requires a valid login. We restrict access to authorized institution staff and continue to improve our security, including the use of encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for data transmitted between the App and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by enrolled students and their parents/guardians, and is administered through the institution. Account credentials are issued by the institution. Parents or guardians who wish to review or remove their child's information may contact the institution or us at the email below.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Academic records are retained while the student is enrolled and as required for record-keeping. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact sperrytech2011@gmail.com or the institution office.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
